Accounts and sign-in
Email us for help creating an account, signing in, confirming your email, or accessing your profile. Tell us which sign-in method you use and describe what happens.
Do not send your password, verification codes, or payment-card details.
Purchases and subscriptions
Contact us if a purchase does not appear in Stride or you need help with paid features. Include the plan involved and any error message, without sharing sensitive payment information.
Use Restore Purchases in the app to reconnect eligible purchases. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Stride. Apple handles billing and refund requests.
Deleting your app or Stride account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Technical issues
Describe the issue and the steps that led to it. Include your device model, iOS version, Stride app version if available, and any error message. Screenshots can help; remove private information and other members’ personal details before sending them.
Delete your account
Profile → Edit profile → Delete account
Follow the in-app prompts to confirm your identity and request deletion. If cleanup cannot finish, your profile stays hidden and the app lets you retry.

Report a profile or message
Report a profile: open the profile’s three-dot menu and choose the report option. Select a reason and provide relevant details.
Report a message: tap the message bubble to access reporting options, then follow the prompts.
You can also contact [email protected] with safety concerns or questions about a report. Stride is not an emergency response service.
